Electrical Engineer
About The Position
Provide design and engineering support for CNS sustainment products, with opportunities to contribute to new product development. Design, analyze, and optimize analog, digital, and RF circuits for high‑performance avionics applications. Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams—including power, digital, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing—to deliver integrated solutions. Perform schematic capture, PWB layout coordination, and design documentation. Support transition‑to‑production activities and provide hands‑on troubleshooting and technical support for production teams. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, design reviews, and technical decision‑making across the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in analog, digital, and/or RF circuit design.
- Proficiency in electrical engineering fundamentals including troubleshooting, analysis, and test.
- Hands‑on experience with engineering tools and test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.
- Experience with schematic capture tools and the ability to interpret complex schematics.
- Familiarity with integrated development environments and debugging tools for software/hardware interaction.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to lead or influence technical efforts within a multidisciplinary team.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated success working in collaborative team environments.
