About The Position

As an electrical engineer for production development, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for supporting production test development and troubleshooting hardware. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues in various hardware and systems, developing and implementing solutions to resolve electrical problems, and conducting tests and inspections to ensure system functionality and reliability. You will also document and report findings, providing recommendations for potential improvements, and collaborate with other engineers and technical teams to enhance system performance. The position is fully on-site at the Pittsfield, MA facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Experience in application of electrical engineering processes, concepts, principles, and theories
  • Proficient with electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed circuit analysis/design
  • Creative thinker committed to staying ahead of technology trends, with strong background in test and troubleshooting
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
