About The Position

Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Oklahoma City team! The role involves leading the design and implementation of complex engineering projects, ensuring excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to QA/QC standards. The engineer will solve and navigate project challenges using advanced engineering concepts and innovative strategies. Additionally, the position includes mentoring and training junior staff, guiding them through complex projects, and assisting with their professional development. Continuous improvements are expected through the development and refinement of engineering practices and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 6+ years of engineering experience
• PE License
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
