About The Position

We are currently supporting large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects, and looking for an Electrical Engineer who will design, install, and commission electrical systems required for complex construction environments. You will ensure that power distribution, control systems, and automated equipment are integrated seamlessly across project sites. This person is not just an "office engineer." The perfect person for this role will love taking their designs from a high-powered workstation directly to the field, seeing schematics come to life on active construction sites. This person will have a balance of focused design time and active "boots-on-the-ground" site visits and will enjoy that no two weeks will look exactly the same.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in electrical engineering
  • Working knowledge of NEC, IEC standards, and NFPA 70E
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar design software
  • Familiarity with PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and SCADA integration

Nice To Haves

  • EIT (Engineer-in-Training) status is a major plus
  • Proficiency in both English and Korean is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, panel schedules, and load calculations for industrial and commercial facilities.
  • Design and oversee installation of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, and distribution panels in compliance with NEC and IEC standards.
  • Program and configure PLCs, motor control centers (MCCs), and variable frequency drives (VFDs); integrate with SCADA systems for remote monitoring and control.
  • Supervise electrical contractors during cable pulling, terminations, grounding, and equipment startup; perform acceptance testing and verification.
  • Conduct arc flash analysis, fault current calculations, and relay coordination studies to ensure personnel safety and system reliability.
  • Work alongside civil, mechanical, and I&C teams to resolve design conflicts, review submittents, and ensure electrical scope aligns with overall project objectives.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment faults, insulation failures, grounding issues, and control logic errors in the field.
  • Produce and maintain as-built drawings, equipment data sheets, inspection reports, and O&M manuals.
