About The Position

AKSA Power Generation USA is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to help ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of its power generation systems. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining power generation equipment and systems; conducting inspections, testing, and maintenance; troubleshooting technical issues; and identifying opportunities for improvement. The engineer will provide technical support to Operations, Maintenance, and Safety, collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, maintain detailed reports and documentation, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. The position suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes initiative in researching and developing solutions, and works effectively with a creative and diverse team.

Requirements

• Experience in power generation or a related industry.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in power generation engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of power generation equipment, systems, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain power generation systems and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of power generation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
