About The Position

As an Electrical Engineer, you will draw on your strong engineering, mathematical and analytic skills to design, develop, evaluate, improve, and advance the electronic equipment that supports our technology. Your technical skills will allow you to analyze and interpret electrical data, conduct experiments, and develop innovative solutions and peak performance. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities will be essential in identifying and resolving issues that arise during the design and implementation phases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-7 years of experience in a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Zuken E3s, AutoCAD, Teamcenter Engineering PLM and UG NX.
  • Zuken E3s for Cables and schematics.
  • Oscilloscopes, Digital multimeters, and power supplies.
  • Teamcenter for Engineering databases, product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, and revision control systems.
  • Circuit analysis, electrical characterization, reliability analysis, and failure analysis.
  • Hardware validation, test development, and root-cause investigation.
  • Signal integrity, power integrity, and analog/digital circuit analysis.
  • Semiconductor characterization equipment.
  • Environmental and reliability test systems.
  • Automated test equipment (ATE).
  • Ability to analyze complex electrical and semiconductor system issues.

Responsibilities

  • Design or modify electrical or electronic engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings, or specifications of difficult scope
  • Identify and troubleshoot a variety of complex electrical problems with limited supervision
  • Define, coordinate, perform and generate engineering test reports with limited supervision
  • Perform engineering analysis of difficult scope with limited supervision
  • Technically lead or execute engineering projects, including the development of key suppliers
  • Implement concepts for a variety of complex product issues and electrical solutions of difficult scope
  • Generate electrical product specifications; specify and review engineering documentation
  • Serve as a resource for junior colleagues; lead project teams, as needed
  • Clearly communicate difficult or sensitive information; build consensus
