About The Position

The Amentum ESSCA group is looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to work alongside a highly effective team at Marshall Space Flight Center. This role involves designing high voltage, high power equipment interfaces, adhering to NFPA-70E requirements, and potentially working in shops and labs. Experience with induction heating coils and multi-phase electrical inputs/outputs is desired. Safety is paramount, and the ability to write solid installation and test procedures is required. Field service experience and a diversified background are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have an affable personality for successful collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team and with technicians. Reliable attendance is critical.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or related field.
• US Citizen
• STAR ID

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with induction heating coils is desired.
• Engineers with field service experience is also highly desirable.
• A strong preference for diversified background and skills is desired.
• Must have a personality that is affable to successfully working with a multi-disciplinary team and technicians.
