About The Position

A typical day as an Electrical Engineer involves working with program ladder logic, configuring CNC parameters, and setting up the HMI interface of new designs to meet customer and engineering team requirements. The role includes assisting the team in the machine build process from commissioning through final qualification, and aiding in the selection of electrical hardware components for future equipment. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the integration of innovative CNC controls for complex multi-spindle machine tools, designing supporting control hardware and software, and integrating peripheral equipment such as vision systems and robotics. Full implementation during the commissioning and installation phases of projects is also a key part of the role. This position offers the opportunity to work on a project from development through completion, providing challenging and continual learning opportunities within a team environment.

Requirements

  • A strong work ethic
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree
  • Experience specific to FANUC Robotics, FANUC CNC/PMC, and Industrial HMI (WPF & C#) - including troubleshooting, programming, and integration is preferred.
  • Other relevant experience with ladder logic, CNC controls, and industrial HMI will be considered
