About The Position

As part of the global ALTEN Group, it supports product development from consulting through full project outsourcing. The Electrical Engineer will design and develop electrical systems for robotic platforms, support hardware prototyping and testing, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience with electrical design, prototyping, and debugging.
Familiarity with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and logic analyzers.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with robotics or hardware systems.
Exposure to embedded systems, sensors, actuators, or motor control.
Experience with testing and validation, such as DVT.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical systems and circuits for robotic platforms, including schematics, PCB layouts, and system integration.
Support prototype builds, including wiring, bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and system-level issues during development and testing.
Assist with Design Verification Testing (DVT) and other validation activities to ensure product performance and reliability.
Collaborate with mechanical, embedded software, and systems engineering teams on system integration.
Perform bench testing, collect and analyze data, and identify system-performance improvements.
Document designs, test results, and troubleshooting findings to support development and future production.
