Requirements

• At least 10 years of Electrical engineering experience with substantial exposure to federal projects
• Demonstrated success leading design-build projects
• Deep understanding of federal standards, codes, and project delivery methods
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
• Driven, resourceful, and passionate about delivering the best outcomes for clients

Nice To Haves

• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Electrical engineering design services for a range of federal facility projects
• Lead and coordinate design-build projects, working closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams
• Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and calculations
• Ensure all designs meet rigorous federal standards, codes, and client requirements
• Drive innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor junior staff and support project management as needed
