From tiltrotor technology to tail sitting vehicles, our engineers work across a wide portfolio of aircraft programs. As an Engineer at Bell, you can expect to: Assisting and designing electrical systems Support testing and validation processes Prepare and maintain technical documentation Help manage project tasks and schedules Collaborate with senior engineers and team members

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Electrical Engineering required
0-2 years of relevant experience
Available to work full time, onsite starting in January 2027

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Systems Engineering processes, from requirements through verification.
System integration experience, integrating complex systems, including sensors, components, complex electronic hardware, and software.
Testing of electrical power or computing systems, environmental testing.
Software / coding experience using C++, C#, Matlab.
Control system design and modeling using Simulink, and implementation on hardware.
