Go beyond the impossible and join the Flight Club. Day in the Life of an Electrical Engineer We are looking for inquisitive and driven engineers with a passion to innovate. From tiltrotor technology to tail sitting vehicles, our engineers work across a wide portfolio of aircraft programs. As an Engineer at Bell, you can expect to: Assisting and designing electrical systems Support testing and validation processes Prepare and maintain technical documentation Help manage project tasks and schedules Collaborate with senior engineers and team members

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Electrical Engineering required
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Available to work full time, onsite starting in January 2027

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Systems Engineering processes, from requirements through verification.
  • System integration experience, integrating complex systems, including sensors, components, complex electronic hardware, and software.
  • Testing of electrical power or computing systems, environmental testing.
  • Software / coding experience using C++, C#, Matlab.
  • Control system design and modeling using Simulink, and implementation on hardware.
