We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and deliver electrical solutions that improve manufacturing performance, enhance process efficiency, and support technology advancement in a dynamic production environment. You will lead and support capital projects from concept through installation and start-up, partnering with internal teams and external contractors to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient execution of electrical systems and equipment upgrades at a St. Louis manufacturing facility. This role includes a balanced mix of office-based engineering work and hands-on time on the manufacturing floor supporting project execution and commissioning activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
Five or more years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and industrial electrical standards
Experience with arc flash analysis software and electrical safety evaluations
Ability to interpret, update, and manage engineering drawings, blueprints, and facility documentation
Proficiency with computer aided design software, including AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross functional collaboration and manage multiple priorities
Highly motivated self-starter who can think independently while also working effectively as part of a team
Authorized to work in the country without the need for employment visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

Lead and support electrical engineering design and execution for capital improvement projects across the facility
Develop and implement electrical systems supporting new equipment installations, facility upgrades, and process improvements
Design human machine interface panels and programmable logic controller systems using Allen-Bradley platforms
Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and all applicable engineering and safety standards
Manage project schedules, budgets, and contractor performance while providing clear updates to leadership
Oversee external engineering and construction partners throughout project execution and start-up
Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and environmental health and safety teams
