About The Position

The Electrical Engineer will lead product development and electrical design activities relevant to the design of a commercial refrigerator. This role involves optimizing designs using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Assembly (DFA) principles, performing engineering design using hand calculations and analysis of 1D/2D engineering models, and integrating various electronic and electrical components. The engineer will also be responsible for communicating and collaborating with vendors and suppliers, generating and presenting reports for design approval, and drafting internal engineering standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Electrical / Electronic Engineering degree (bachelor’s with 7+ year experience or master’s with 5+ year experience)
• Competency with electrical wiring diagram design
• Knowledge of PCB design
• MS office
• CAD
• Proficient in English

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on engineering and prototype testing for lighting optimization is a plus
• Spanish is a plus
