We’re building humanoid robots that work in home - doing the chores, handling the tasks, and giving people their time back. To do this right, we have to solve robotics, AI, manufacturing - at the same time, at scale, in a form factor that has to be safe enough to live with your family. NEO is our flagship - a home robot designed to move, learn, and operate in the real world alongside real people. We’re not demoing it - we’re shipping it. We’re scaling, we’re hiring with intention, and we need people who want to build something that will genuinely change how humans spend their time - safely creating abundance for all. The Hardware Engineering team builds the electrical foundation that powers NEO. From actuator electronics and sensing systems to power distribution and embedded control hardware, we develop the systems that enable our robots to operate safely, reliably, and at scale. This team works across the full product lifecycle—from early architecture and prototyping through production and field deployment. We partner closely with firmware, controls, mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineering teams to bring ambitious robotic systems into the real world. Design and deliver the electrical systems that power NEO's capabilities. You will own critical hardware subsystems from architecture through production, ensuring they meet demanding requirements for performance, reliability, safety, manufacturability, and cost. As an Electrical Engineer, you'll help bridge the gap between concept and deployment, making key technical decisions that directly impact the performance and scalability of our humanoid robots.
