About The Position

As an electrical engineer, you understand the intricacies behind complex systems. That expertise is vital when it comes to designing, integrating, and delivering cutting-edge C4I communication systems for the U.S. Navy. We’re looking for an electrical engineer who can use their skills to design, test, troubleshoot, and oversee the installation of advanced systems into afloat and ashore environments, ensuring mission-critical capabilities leveraging emerging technology. At Booz Allen, you’ll apply your engineering knowledge to transform Navy communications and operations through innovative solutions. Our team integrates, tests, and troubleshoots secure networks to deliver reliable and powerful C4I systems. That’s why we need you, a skilled electrical engineer with experience in system-level design and technical drawing development to help us design and implement well-documented systems that meet operational needs in both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) environments. On our team, you’ll perform testing and integration activities for C4I systems, lead the development and review of technical documentation—including test plans, system specifications, and design drawings—and oversee the development of workflows for technical teams. You’ll directly impact U.S. Navy modernization and operational readiness by delivering solutions that strengthen mission communication capabilities across distributed platforms. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore advanced technology areas like 5G systems engineering, perform analyses using tools in Solidworks, document technical drawings in AutoCAD, provide technical input to Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) digital models, and design how to integrate our C4I systems into existing Navy programs of record. Take on exciting challenges in naval engineering alongside us as we support the advancement of communications systems pivotal to the Navy’s operational success. Join us. The world can’t wait.
