About The Position
This entry-level opportunity is designed to help you build your skills, gain exposure across functions, and grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and development opportunities. As an Engineer at Bell, you can expect to be assisting and designing electrical systems, supporting testing and validation processes, preparing and maintaining technical documentation, helping manage project tasks and schedules, and collaborating with senior engineers and team members. We are looking for inquisitive and driven engineers with a passion to innovate. From tiltrotor technology to tail sitting vehicles, our engineers work across a wide portfolio of aircraft programs.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Electrical Engineering required
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Available to work full time, onsite starting in July 2027
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering processes, from requirements through verification.
- System integration experience, integrating complex systems, including sensors, components, complex electronic hardware, and software.
- Testing of electrical power or computing systems, environmental testing.
- Software / coding experience using C++, C#, Matlab.
- Control system design and modeling using Simulink, and implementation on hardware.
