Requirements

10+ years of experience in the electrical engineering field
Experience with electronics design, schematics capture, PCB design, and fabrication
Experience performing testing and troubleshooting of electronic or electrical devices to the component level in various conditions
Experience with the integration, testing, and development of electrical systems into military platforms
Experience with the development, planning, and execution of environmental and EMI testing of electrical systems
Ability to prepare written documents, including reports, test plans, design specifications, requirements documents, and training materials
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to work on-site in indoor labs and outdoor test ranges
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering

Nice To Haves

Experience conducting basic and applied research and learning new technologies
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Experience with Agile project management
Experience with supporting Military Aircraft
Experience with working in a DoD or DoE environment
Knowledge of MOSA and SOSA standards and design approaches
Ability to evaluate systems against technical requirements and identify concerns and issues
Top Secret clearance
Master’s degree in electrical engineering
