About The Position

As an Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to planning, designing, and executing embedded electrical systems for IQSIGHT’s moving (PTZ) camera product portfolio. Supporting multiple new product introductions, you will participate in requirements planning, architecture development, circuit design, design verification, and industrialization activities. You will work with senior technical staff on future PTZ platform architectures, identify improvement opportunities and propose actionable continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure designs meet global regulatory and compliance standards. You will contribute to product requirements, system design, implementation, and validation; support lifecycle management, including component end-of-life, cost reduction, and field complaint investigations; participate in cross-functional design reviews and risk assessments; and own assigned electrical subsystem designs through development, verification, release, validation, and implementation. The role also includes electrical tolerance analysis, component derating, and supporting the manufacturing plant in optimizing production tests. The role calls for a self-starting problem solver with a systems-minded approach, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical topics and risks clearly. You will collaborate across disciplines in a fast-moving product environment and mentor junior engineers. The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the office, and requires commuting distance to the Lancaster, Pennsylvania site. Travel is expected to be 10% domestically and internationally. Early-morning or late-night meetings with development teams in Asia and Europe may be required.
