About The Position

Wade Trim is seeking an Electrical Engineering Summer Intern for our Industrial Commercial Energy group in our Taylor office. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (junior or senior status preferred) and possess a valid driver’s license. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required. Candidates must be self-motivated, very organized and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design reports and construction plans
• Assist with the coordinate preparation of specifications and permit submittals
• Assist in the preparation of preliminary project cost estimates and evaluate quantities
• Document design changes and communications
• Conduct on-site inspections as needed
• Maintain excellent client relations
• Maintain a safe working environment
