Blissway Inc.Denver, CO
$145,000 - $185,000Hybrid

About The Position

Blissway is a startup focused on simplifying toll collection and improving highway safety through Deep Tech, AI/ML, Hardware, SaaS, and IoT. The company has established a significant technological lead in the tolling industry over the past five years. Despite a small team of less than 30 employees, Blissway's impact is evident on the Interstate Highway System. The ideal candidate is someone who embraces challenges, is detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong coder. The mission for this role is to ensure the reliability of roadside systems, including solar power, cell connectivity, and high-speed sensors, operating at 99.9% reliability in harsh environments. This involves hardening the system, owning end-to-end hardware design (schematics, PCBs, housing, cabling), leading manufacturing design iterations for improved assembly and serviceability, and synthesizing hardware-software interactions for edge devices.
