Requirements

2-year degree in Electrical Engineering or 10+ years electrical experience in the manufacturing industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and organization skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume work environment
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines
Occasional travel (up to 5% of the year)

Nice To Haves

Packaging industry experience preferred
SAP experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

Quoting electrical retrofits, equipment upgrades of various types, safety systems, solutions for obsolete parts, and other quote-related processes.
Providing technical support to internal departments and external customers, which requires questions regarding retrofits / upgrades and equipment capabilities and functions.
Working closely with project managers and the engineering department to ensure customer requirements are met for both quotes and orders.
