Requirements
- 2-year degree in Electrical Engineering or 10+ years electrical experience in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume work environment
- Ability to meet or exceed deadlines
- Occasional travel (up to 5% of the year)
Nice To Haves
- Packaging industry experience preferred
- SAP experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Quoting electrical retrofits, equipment upgrades of various types, safety systems, solutions for obsolete parts, and other quote-related processes.
- Providing technical support to internal departments and external customers, which requires questions regarding retrofits / upgrades and equipment capabilities and functions.
- Working closely with project managers and the engineering department to ensure customer requirements are met for both quotes and orders.
