About The Position
This is a comprehensive leadership role where you will manage interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, high-quality engineering solutions. From designing 15kV to 120V systems to implementing cutting-edge BIM protocols, you will be at the forefront of industrial electrical innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems.
- Expert-level knowledge of SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower and the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Proven ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- A self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of site-wide systems ranging from 15 Kilovolts to 120 Volts.
- Perform arc flash and power system analysis using industry-standard software like SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower.
- Lead the development of full construction drawing sets, managing a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and drafters.
- Travel to client sites for field measurements, equipment evaluations, and providing technical support during equipment start-ups.
- Implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) protocols and drive departmental efficiency through modern design practices.
- Apply a deep understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC) and heavy industrial standards to all project phases.
- Provide technical guidance to the design team and implement robust QA/QC procedures and improvement initiatives.
