Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with 5+ years relevant experience or Master’s with 3+ years
- Deep proficiency with circuit design, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Skilled at reading and interpreting electrical schematics and block diagrams
- Experience with RF/Digital hardware development and testing
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required (must be in place to start)
Nice To Haves
- Proven ability to work independently on complex engineering assignments
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment: oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, signal generators
- Familiarity with RF/Digital hardware and related software
- Basic understanding of VHDL concepts and programming
- Experience with requirements derivation for hardware systems
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Exposure to AWR Microwave Office, LTSpice, Xpedition, Mentor Graphics, LabVIEW, DOORS
Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and test advanced electrical components, equipment, and systems
- Engineer electrical products and systems for defense, industrial, and commercial applications
- Design, analyze, troubleshoot, and debug RF and digital circuits and hardware
- Interpret and apply engineering specifications, schematics, and block diagrams
- Support integration and testing of RF/Digital hardware solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative project outcomes
- Ensure designs meet stringent technical requirements, quality standards, and project timelines
