Requirements

• Current juniors and seniors working toward a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Commitment and engagement demonstrated through a high level of work ethic and utilization of abilities for the best of the company
• Demonstrated openness to change, flexibility, and adaptability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision making skills

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in assigned project work by applying educational knowledge in the field.
• Assist plant operations in achieving production goals by collaborating with experienced engineers, managers, and production employees.
• Complete technical projects to understand the operations of a quarry or aggregate site.
• Learn the functions and missions of the production, maintenance, and quality departments.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
