Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • 1 year experience in electrical engineering principles with an interest in power supply design or related discipline.
  • Working knowledge in circuit fundamentals, simulation, troubleshooting, and hands-on design/testing ability.
  • Proficiency creating electrical schematics, PBA layouts, DC-DC Power Supplies, measurement equipment, and tools.
  • Familiarity with the Electrical and Computer Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience in power supply design in aerospace electrical systems or testing.
  • Knowledge of aerospace safety regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of collaborative engineering tools and multidisciplinary team environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities specific to aerospace electrical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the design and development of power supply design and analysis, including basic efficiency, stability, thermal, and EMI standards for aerospace applications.
  • Create or updating schematics, support for PBA layout, integration, or power electronic circuits.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of power supply design to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in support of systems integration and project delivery.
