About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with expertise in wiring harness design, EV systems, and heavy equipment platforms. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in new product development (NPD), prototype development, and electrical system integration, working across cross-functional engineering teams in complex industrial environments. This role will contribute to next-generation electrification, autonomous systems, and heavy machinery platforms, ensuring robust, compliant, and high-performance electrical architectures.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in wiring harness design and schematics development
  • Hands-on expertise in: Creo (8/10), Creo Schematics, Capital Wiring Designer, Altium Designer
  • Electrical systems design for heavy equipment / automotive / EV platforms
  • Knowledge of high-voltage systems, battery systems, and electrification
  • Experience with new product development (NPD) and prototype builds
  • 7 ~ 8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering across heavy machinery, EV, and industrial sectors
  • Proven track record in complex engineering programs and innovation initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and engineering rigor
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams
  • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW (good to have)
  • Embedded systems and C++ programming (good to have)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of wiring harnesses and electrical schematics for heavy machinery, EV platforms, and industrial equipment.
  • Support full product lifecycle engineering including concept, design, validation, and production release.
  • Develop electrical system architectures, harness layouts, and detailed drawings using tools like Creo Schematics and Capital.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, manufacturing) to translate requirements into engineering solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews, product strategy discussions, and innovation programs, especially for EV and autonomous products.
  • Support prototype development and testing, including hardware, embedded systems, and software modifications for validation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Perform engineering calculations and define manufacturing, installation, and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in design efficiency, reliability, and product performance.
  • Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to capture program scope, technical requirements, and deliverables.
