In this role you will: Perform the design, analysis, and subsequent testing in the field of electrical engineering, including, but not limited to, power electronics, data acquisition, controls, electric machines, power systems, etc. Perform trouble shooting of electro-mechanical equipment involving PLCs. Team with other engineers to ensure integration of activities and plans Interface with internal and external organizations Write design documents, test procedures, and generate test reports Prepare project plans to accomplish assigned work.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering or science field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering or science field and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; or Currently an Intermediate Reactor Training Engineer, Refueling Engineer, or Field (RPCO) Engineer at the Company.
All candidates must be U.S. citizens.
Applicants selected will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified matter.
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test in compliance with FMP company policy and 10 CFR 707.

Nice To Haves

Preferred degree in Electrical Engineering
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Experience or classwork in power electronics, control systems, power systems, and/or electric machines.
Demonstrated leadership skills through previous work and/or academic experience.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Responsibilities
