Electrical Engineer (Design & Testing)
About The Position
We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer with 5+ years of experience in PCB design, focusing on Power and Analog Electronics. The role involves circuit design, component selection and sizing, design analysis, and worst-case analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in design verification, testing, and troubleshooting, along with proficiency in industrial standard schematics and PCB tools. This position requires mandatory experience in schematic design, reading/understanding wiring diagrams, and supporting prototype building with cross-functional team coordination. Experience in Power Electronics Hardware design and development, a good understanding of power supply topologies and power conversion concepts, and circuit simulation are essential. Familiarity with analog and filter design, hands-on experience with LT Spice and OrCAD Pspice simulation tools, and experience using lab and advanced measurement equipment are also required. Exposure to high voltage handling (~600V) and familiarity with magnetics design principles are necessary. Experience in high-temperature electronics design relevant to the oil and gas industry is a plus.
