About The Position

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking an Electrical Director to join our team in Houston, TX. Fisk Electric has been a leading provider of design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems, structured cabling applications, integrated electronic security systems, and building technology solutions since 1913. Notable projects include The Purple Line (D Line) Extensions in Los Angeles, SR 99 Viaduct replacement tunnel in Seattle, MGM Grand and City Center projects in Las Vegas, Third Street Light Rail in San Francisco, Minute Maid Park in Houston, and multiple airport expansions and data center projects.

As an Electrical Director at Fisk Electric, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of electrical construction projects in a variety of markets. You will oversee project execution, support business growth, develop high-performing teams, and ensure consistent delivery of safe, high-quality, and financially successful projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 10+ years of progressive electrical construction leadership experience, including oversight of multiple large or complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction operations, estimating, preconstruction, project controls, contract management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, business development, and operational planning across multiple electrical construction markets and project types.
• Provide executive oversight to project teams while maintaining strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships.
• Support the pursuit, planning, and delivery of complex electrical projects across commercial, industrial, mission critical, healthcare, infrastructure, and other market sectors.
• Monitor portfolio financial performance, staffing, schedules, procurement, and risk management to achieve company objectives.
• Promote consistent standards for safety, quality, productivity, compliance, and operational excellence across all assigned projects.
