Blue Origin is seeking a self-driven Electrical Design Engineer II to support launch vehicle ground test and integration operations. This is a hands-on design role where speed, technical ownership, and comfort with ambiguity are essential. You will translate loosely defined test requirements into fully released harness designs owing the full lifecycle from requirements capture and connector selection through routing, drawing creation, design review, and PDM release. You'll work directly with test engineers who define what needs to be tested and rely on you to determine how to connect it. Turnaround times are aggressive; quality expectations are rigorous but calibrated to a test environment, not flight production.
