At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! The role is part of the In-Space Systems business unit, which is focused on addressing two of the most compelling challenges in spaceflight today: space infrastructure and increasing mobility on-orbit. As part of a hardworking team of engineers, you will own design elements of the Blue Ring test equipment, and test the Blue Ring spacecraft alongside it's unique payloads. This role will require the candidate to coordinate design elements with avionics product owners, collaborate with customers, and support Blue Ring spacecraft test teams. In a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will architect the test equipment design, deliver engineering design products, own fielded hardware , and develop LabVIEW code to command and control the Blue Ring spacecraft . You will have a major role to play in delivering the Blue Ring spacecraft from early manufacturing integration of sub-assemblies, all the way through final payload integration of the Blue Ring spacecraft in preparation for launch.
