About The Position

Champion Home Services is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Electrical Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Electrical Department. In this role, you'll coordinate projects and installations, manage scheduling and dispatch activities, support communication between teams and customers, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and successfully.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in project coordination, dispatching, scheduling, service operations, or a related role.
Proficiency with scheduling, dispatching, or project management software; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience in electrical, construction, HVAC, plumbing, field service, or similar industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate electrical projects, service calls, and installations from start to finish.
Manage scheduling and dispatch activities, assigning work based on technician availability and skill set.
Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling or operational issues.
Maintain accurate project records, permits, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, management, and internal teams.
Assist with material tracking, purchase orders, and other administrative functions.
Support process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
