About The Position

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager. The core responsibilities include designing, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial automation and electrical control systems. This encompasses PLCs, HMIs, drives, and robotics, ensuring safe and compliant operation. The role also involves supporting equipment startups and upgrades, collaborating cross-functionally to improve performance and uptime, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement and automation projects.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in industrial controls or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI experience
• Working knowledge of servo motion systems, VFDs, industrial sensors
• Ability to read schematics and ladder logic
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, P&IDs
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English
• Must pass a background and drug screen
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime
