Requirements

• 3–5+ years in industrial controls or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong Allen‑Bradley PLC/HMI experience
• Working knowledge of servo motion systems, VFDs, industrial sensors
• Ability to read schematics and ladder logic
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, P&IDs
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

• Design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial automation and electrical control systems—including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and robotics
• Ensuring safe, compliant operation
• Supporting equipment startups and upgrades
• Collaborating cross‑functionally to improve performance and uptime
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Contributing to continuous improvement and automation projects
