We’re growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Professional to join our Electrical division. This role is about more than just selling — it’s about building trust, understanding customer needs, and guiding projects from the first conversation through signed contract and successful completion. The right person will: - Meet with customers to explore upcoming projects - Develop estimates, plans, and detailed scopes of work - Present clear, confident proposals - Earn the signed contract through professionalism and follow-through Experience in commercial/industrial electrical services or construction is a plus — but what matters most to us is finding the right person . Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Electrical construction.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Flexible & innovative approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics)
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with safety codes & standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial/industrial electrical services or construction is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our industrial and construction business.
  • Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities.
  • Create detailed financial estimates of proposed projects.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Provide timely responses to customer emails, phone calls, etc.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
