This role involves the implementation and troubleshooting of electrical control systems and designs, PLC/HMI commissioning, performing equipment checks, equipment/system start-ups, data collection, and optimization of control systems. The position supports US customer manufacturing tool controls, assists with the coordination of new equipment installation and implementation, and maintains/updates manufacturing process tool electrical drawings. The engineer will troubleshoot and solve equipment controls-related issues, recommend controls policy/standard changes, and interface with multiple departments and customer stakeholders. Effective communication, team building, and adherence to safety procedures are essential. The role requires maintaining OSHA 10 – General Industry certification and participating in additional safety training. Duties are subject to change.
