About The Position

Knobelsdorff Enterprises (KE) is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager to own project performance, including schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading and developing project teams, managing project schedules, tracking milestones, and mitigating risks. The Project Manager will oversee budgets, forecasting, and overall project financial health, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining regular job site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progress, driving communication across teams, and leading project meetings. The role also includes identifying and executing change orders, risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring timely project closeout documentation, while promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance on all projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing onsite construction projects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects required)
• Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven experience managing customer expectations and resolving issues
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting
• Travel is REQUIRED - 50%

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools
• Experience managing subcontractors and change orders
