The position of Assistant Project Manager for our National Technical Systems Group is responsible for providing a high level of coordination support in a variety of areas, partnering with construction project management and field staff. This role involves assisting with the management of project documentation, directing project activities, maintaining logs, interacting with subcontractors, and establishing job files. The Assistant Project Manager will also be responsible for assisting with project billings, RFIs, subcontractor payments, construction schedules, and budget setup. Additionally, they will work with the Payroll department to ensure accurate information submission and may assume temporary total project supervision responsibilities in the absence of the Project Manager. A basic understanding of electrical drawings and specifications is required.
