The position of Assistant Project Manager for our National Technical Systems Group is responsible for providing a high level of coordination support in a variety of areas, partnering with construction project management and field staff. This role involves assisting with managing project documentation, supervising project activities, maintaining logs, interacting with subcontractors, and establishing job files. The Assistant Project Manager will also assist with workflow breakdowns, project billings, RFIs, subcontractor payments, construction schedules, and project budgets. Additionally, the role requires working with the Payroll department to ensure accurate information submission and may involve assuming temporary total project supervision responsibilities in the absence of the Project Manager.
