About The Position

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university in an engineering program and maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be diligent, hardworking, and quick to learn
  • Good interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communicator with data analysis, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks and to work both in a team and independently
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems
  • U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.

  • Degree(s) Preferred: Pursuing undergraduate, Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

  • Board level test and trouble shooting.
  • Printed Circuit Board design (schematic/layout)
  • Assist with parts procurement/alternate parts search
  • Work closely with and assist engineers in the conduct of various engineering assignments
  • Carry out basic work instructions that will help in understanding the fundamentals of the Company and also learn new things
  • Conduct limited scope testing under the supervision of engineers
  • Complete assigned tasks on time
  • Gather and assemble data for engineers
  • May be required to help in research in a particular field
  • Conduct design analysis and/or calculations under the supervision of engineers
  • Assist engineers with appropriate design details
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build a good network
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs and practices
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
  • Other duties as assigned
