About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Electrical & Avionics Support Technician. This is a Full-time, Contract position for 12 Months with possible extension/conversion, located onsite in Saint Louis, MO. As an Electrical & Avionics Support Technician, you will perform basic electrical tasks including minor soldering, wire harness repair, and component testing. You will work with small-gauge wiring (toothpick-sized) using meters and diagnostic tools, and troubleshoot and repair electrical systems with a focus on quality and safety. You will collaborate with team members to support broader project goals, maintain accurate documentation, and follow established procedures.

Requirements

• Experience with electrical wiring especially Small-Gauge Wiring, Termination & Harness etc.
• Basic Soldering experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electrical system.

Nice To Haves

• Any Electrical/Electronic certification or training such as FCC etc is highly preferred.
