About The Position

This entry-level role is key to supporting licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial construction environments. You’ll assist with day-to-day jobsite operations, help maintain safety and quality standards, and gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Interest in the electrical trade or construction industry
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Current and valid driver’s license in state of residence preferred

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components
• Measure, cut, and bend conduit and wire as directed
• Pull wire and assist with installing panels, fixtures, and electrical boxes
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and licensed electricians
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
• Support troubleshooting of electrical issues under supervision
• Adhere to all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policies
• Assist with project setup and cleanup activities
