About The Position

This is a temp-to-full-time position for an Electrical Assembly / Production Assembler. The pay rate is $18/hr. The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM, with occasional Saturdays from 7 AM to 11 PM or 6 AM to 3 PM. The role requires experience in cable/electrical assembly, production, and general assembly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using hand tools, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, and possess strong attention to detail and a focus on quality. Reliability, dependability, and punctuality are essential. The candidate should be team-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic measuring skills, the ability to handle bulky and small components using hand tools and a magnifier glass, and the capacity to understand basic drawings for components and visual aids are necessary. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask are also important.

Requirements

Cable / electrical assembly / Production / Assembly experience required.
Comfortable using hand tools and following SOPs/work instructions.
Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic measuring skills.
Capable of handling bulky and small components with the use of hand tools and magnifier glass if needed.
Capable of understanding basic drawings for components and visual aids.
Good organizational skills & ability to multitask.
Must be able to do repetitive standing work.
Must be physically able to carry 50 pounds.
Ability to work under a fast-paced manufacture work setting.
Pass background check & Drug screening.
