About The Position

ESPEC North America (ENA) is seeking an Electrical Assembler I for their Electrical Department. ENA is a partner in environmental and accelerated reliability test chambers and solutions, focused on improving product quality and reliability. The company emphasizes growth through partnerships and providing opportunities for team members. This role offers a 4-day work week with potential overtime on Fridays, no mandatory weekend work, a clean environment, and opportunities for advancement. The position is full-time, with hours from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with some Friday overtime.

Requirements

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds heaters.
• Mounts and lays out components.
• Reads schematics.
• Understands parts list and job routings.
• Uses hand, power, and air tools.
• Cleans work area, tools, and equipment.
• Performs other routine duties.
• Regular, physical attendance is required.
• Understands and abides by the Guiding Principles.
• Other duties as assigned.
