About The Position

Layout and assemble wiring for equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0–2 years of experience in a related field
• Ability to read electrical drawings
• Strong understanding of wire gauges and color codes
• Experience with electrical hand tools (wire strippers, crimpers, cable cutters)
• Knowledge of electrical components such as contactors, breakers, transformers, communication boards, and controllers
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Willingness to work at different stations as required
• Strong verbal communication skills
• General knowledge of hand tools
• Team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• May require completion of an apprenticeship or formal training in a specialized area

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and equipment
• Read and interpret drawings and application legends for circuit and part identification
• Measure and cut wiring accurately
• Use hand tools throughout the workday
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Support Lean initiatives (5S, 4I, LDMS, ACPs, RATs, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned
