About The Position

The Electrical & Electronic Equipment Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting electrical and electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure all products meet engineering specifications and performance requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience in electrical or electronic assembly, manufacturing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Basic soldering and wiring skills.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing tools and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to quality and safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical certification or associate degree in electronics or electrical technology preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Assemble electrical and electronic parts, such as circuit boards, control panels, wiring harnesses, and enclosures.
  • Solder, crimp, and connect wires and components according to established procedures.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and accurately.
  • Inspect and test completed assemblies for functionality and quality using test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
  • Identify and report defects or nonconforming materials to supervisors or quality control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly or design issues.
  • Complete documentation and production reports accurately and on time.
