About The Position

We’re hiring 1st Shift Electrical Assemblers for a top-tier manufacturer in Greene, NY! This is a temporary role with potential opportunities for regular full-time status based on performance and business needs. The position involves assembling and wiring small electronic forklift parts by hand, including stripping, crimping, and connecting wires and hoses. The work environment is a manufacturing facility where you will be standing for long periods, manually handling parts up to 50 lbs, and wearing required PPE. Expect temperature variations depending on the season.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-year of consistent work
• 3+ months in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment
• Ability to read and follow diagrams and written instructions
• Comfortable lifting/moving parts and working on your feet all shift
• Reliable attendance is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire small electronic forklift parts by hand.
• Strip, crimp and connect wires and hoses.
