Requirements

Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting as part of daily tasks
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and breakdowns
Strong ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines
Commitment to producing high-quality products
Skilled in the use of precision measurement instruments

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with products and processes within this production cell is an asset
Background in electrical wiring is a strong asset

Responsibilities

Assemble electrical components, panels, and subassemblies in accordance with engineering drawings and breakdowns
Perform electrical wiring and basic testing where required
Use precision measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy
Maintain quality standards and follow procedures outlined in the Manufacturing Guidelines
Work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Follow health and safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
Contribute to team productivity by supporting other tasks within the cell as needed
