Perform point-to-point wiring of cabinets, chassis, panels, cable installation, and full flight simulator systems wiring on board and off board, installing, and securing cabling under raised floors and up on ladder racks. Building of complex cable assemblies. You will basically do all the wiring in a full motion aircraft simulator that is built for the military. This is a hands-on working position; it is not only a bench job. This position involves traveling about half of the year. Maybe more, maybe less. All over the world. Sometimes with very short notice, sometimes from one site directly to the next without stopping home. You need to be able to travel extensively. Most trips are about 3-4 weeks for installs, but some are longer, some may only be 1-2 days. You will be working 60 hours, 6 days a week when traveling. (Mon-Sat), (Time and a half after 40 hours), sometimes rotating shifts.
